PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Above all else, any new systems implementation, upgrade or extension needs to be regarded and managed as a highly complex project. If timescales and cost targets are to be met, planned benefits achieved and all the potential risks and pitfalls avoided, then experienced Project Management is essential.
